Check out was a bit confusing. I live in Alaska and when my state was not included in the list of states it took me WAY to long to figure out that I had to find Alaska under United States - Alaska in the countries section. I found that very frustrating and confusing that it would cost30 to send to Alaska if you are just using flat rate postal shipping, pretty sure it only costs20 to ship flat rate. Thank you for taking my comments. On the other hand I am very excited about your shoe selection Miz Mooz is one of my favorite brands and I'd love the variety your site offers.

You should change your return policy. When I returned my last order you did not refund me, rather you gave me store credit. There are other online retailers that have better policies, so when I can, i shop with them.
