Online process was easy, however, I wanted to speak to someone first to clarify things before ordering...called local # @ 10:02am....waited for operator approx 7mins, then your company's phone hung up on me.
Called back later approx 10:30am, was greeted by a very polite salesman, who helped me in a timely manner, and answered all my questions.

When I received my frames, I was almost ecstatic....ALMOST because the one of the nose bridges were extremely loose....called customs service...the gentleman I talked to said rather than sending them back, it would be cheaper to ask an optomitrist in my area to fix it. I do understand that, but I was heasitant due to him possibly messing it up and completely breaking it...I PAID TOO MUCH $$$ to have the warranty voided because I didn't send it back.
That was the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars....buying a Fendi product, I expected it to be EXACTLY ON POINT. Maybe I'm too precise .

Chatted with Rafi by email, he was most helpful in sending me color/ size options and even included photos and shipping options. I had broken my frames for my driving glasses and needed new frames in a hurry for an upcoming business trip. (My lenses were still fine) I read the frame style and size off my old frames and ordered identical frames with Rafi's help. For an extra twenty bucks they arrived in two days, exactly as promised, exactly what I ordered. Very pleased. I would recommend your service to anyone.

A little nervous about ordering lenses online. I'm not sure how you can get them done so fast - but I'm taking a chance that you can. The glasses are for my 83 year old mother, who is visiting me here in Hawaii. she needs them before she leaves on July 11.
I paid extra for faster shipping - It might have been a waste, knowing that the glasses are being sent to Hawaii

Dao in customer service is excellent. He helped me understand what to order and gave expectation on delivery time and process.
The delivery time was good. It's what is standard in the industry, but I think your website should be clearer for the item I ordered. ...that's why I gave it 4 stars. Once I called Dao, however, he clarified the process. The glasses arrived when he said it would.

Easy to order, great selection, good prices, pleasant experience when I called the office with questions - Rafi was always very helpful and got answers for my questions quickly.

I wanted a 52 width, but they don't have it. So I am going to try 50s to see if they work.

You have the Flexon 605 frames, generally discontinued--great, thanks. But you have only steel blue, which is ok, but I was hoping for some of the other colors.

I was very impressed by Rafi, who assisted me by locating a specific frame that have, but it broke. He immediately got the frame, color and informed me that it would be available to order in an hour. This specific frame was discontinued in stores. Thanks Glasses etc. Andrea C.
