I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture when it arrived, and I thought it was worth the money.
Unfortunately, that was the only positive experience using this company. The website states that there is 5-10 day delivery for items in stock and this was what I was told in my confirmation of purchase e-mail. This was not the case at all! The items took nearly 1 month to arrive and I had to phone and chase up delivery on 3 occasions, having sent several e-mails that were rarely responded to. The third party company who delivers the furniture refused to speak to me on the phone as I was not their customer, despite the fact that it was me they needed to speak to in order to arrange a delivery date. As such I had to keep making calls via Furnishing Homes which elongated the process and caused more confusion. It turns out the date kept being put back as there were no other deliveries in my area, which I understand in principle, but if this is the case then a 5-10 day wait should not be promised or advertised.
