I tried calling the store with a question before placing my order. No matter which option I chose (sales, customer service, . . .), no one ever answered the phone. I wasted hours being on hold several times over a 2-day period. And I never reached a human.
Eventually my husband reached them by phone and was able to place the order. But this doesn't give me confidence that we can easily reach them in case of a store warranty issue.
I never received a response to my email that I had sent to their customer service department.
