Again, awful customer service. They have a deal, I ask them upfront are they going to have a sale on the same item within the next week. Answer from them: NO. I purchased the item and then 2 days later, 40%. Customer service department would NOT honor the HUGE difference in price and refund me $8.00. Terrible, absolutely awful. Will NOT do business with them again.

The product is ok, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. They like to bait and switch with 15% then tell you they don't see the item going and lower anytime soon, and then within 2 days, 40% off, really? Then not helping out their customers to give them the best deal. I highly NOT recommend EVER buying from FatHead because their Customer Service is terrible and they will not stand behind their pricing.

The product is great however they had holiday sales that came out before my product even shipped. I was told they were unable to apply any of those discounts to my order. I would have to cancel and pay shipping back to them then reorder. The product was also on their daily deal for 40% off yesterday. Every other company will just credit you the discount that’s active or let you use a discount code towards another purchase (which I asked about and said they don’t do that either)

My head was not the picture of my 11 year old blonde haired son but that of a black adult male Wrong picture! after talking it up for a week our expectations were high and he was crushed when he didn't have it for his even,t and all the other kids on the team had one.

Purchased a Shaquon Barkley Fathead for a total of $108- less than a week later it went on sale for Black Friday. I called customer service and my husband wrote an email. I also bought 2 more fatheads for a significant discount on Black Friday. Upon reaching out for a price adjustment to no avail. I'm very unhappy with your policy and will NEVER purchase from Fathead again.

Very good. I had trouble viewing my proof so I emailed Fat Head and they quickly sent me an email with my proof attached. I was allowed to change the photo I wanted to use - no hassle ! Shipping was fast and packaging was great so my fat head did not get damaged in shipping!!

I was very disappointment that my Fathead came out so burry. It was almost a $100.00 that I just threw in the trash. I wish they would have told me it would be so blurry, i would have selected a different image.

I placed an order and literally a day later the items were cheaper so I called for a price adjustment and the answer was no. I had to refuse shipment and reorder the exact same items that were being delivered to my house in like 3 hours. It just seemed like a little over the top and financially irresponsible but since it was free shipping for me I wasn't personally affected except for the time wasted when a price adjustment would have suffice.
I just hung my 3 large decals 2 days ago and one is not sticking at all so I will placing a call tomorrow to see what happens now since the decal folded over and is very creased. The other 2 decals are absolutely stunning and beautiful.

With my order, I requested a digital proof. That was not emailed when promised. So I called Customer Support which had to then email the proof but was unable to take my approval and said I would have to wait for their email to reply to approve. Finally received the proof email but the image would not load for review but I approved anyway to push the process forward. Then at the timeframe when I expected to receive my order, I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation email so I again called Customer Service. The rep said systems were down and she couldn't check on my order status. So currently waiting for my order which was to have arrived by now.

I placed an order on 11/15/2018. It still shows as processing 5 days later (which included 3 full business days). I also notice that 2 days after ordering, there was a sitewide 25% off sale.
I called to ask for status on my order. The agent informed me that they were outside of "processing" window on the order, that "it should ship any time, but I don't know when", and also that Fathead's policy is to not honor a discount after ordering (even though the order hadn't shipped, or knew when it might).
I then sent a note to customer service requesting one of the following:
1. Credit of 25% off my order due to order not shipping yet
2. Cancel my order
That was 8 days ago, and still no response (except the automated "you'll hear from someone within 24 hrs" message).
My order has been received subsequently, albeit I am unsure of quality as this is intended as a gift.

A better question would be will I consider choosing Fathead in the future, to which based on the (non-)service I have received, I doubt.

First time to order anything from Fathead! Love the large heads that were on special for $10 each! I bought 8 for all grandkids! They will love putting these up in their rooms!

Product turned out great! Thought that with a cell phone photo being that size it would turn out somewhat grainy but it came out with great quality. Purchased additional products after the initial order was received.
