I think adding a $75 service charge at the lost minute is extremely dishonest and chicken. You should be more transparent and indicate that at the beginning of the process. I do not like being manipulated in that fashion. And to add $15 mail delivery to that also. Really? A bit much. Highly doubtful I will use your service again. Feels like a con.
