I used the powder on my little dog who has allergies and it made no difference in odor or itch. Did not like the way it made his coat feel and it did nothing to help him that was noticeable.

We have only used this twice on my Great Dane so far. the reason we did not purchase the one for dogs is that it had Cedar oil and he is allergic to cedar trees and this one had peppermint which he is not allergic to. All the rest of the ingredients are the same. I cannot yet attest to whether or not it will work at this point. I can say that it does not hurt or sting him on his open wounds after he scratches. Will have to update my rating after I know more. It stays on pretty well once you get a thick enough layer.

We have this for my Great Dane because the one for dogs has cedar (he is allergic) in it and this has peppermint but all of the other ingredients are the same. I can tell you that although we haven't has it for very long, it does take the yeasty smell out of his fur and folds in between his weekly washings.

I have a horse with very sensitive skin that tends to get fungus on his face. Putting the drying paste on it under his fly mask seems to help.

My dogs lick the paste off so it was ineffective. The powder did not seem to provide them any relief. The shampoo is gentle and has a great smell. I really prefer good old oatmeal lavender oil bath when they are itchy.
