Having to download the SHOP App to track the status of my order was not ideal. As far as tracking order status, shipment status, and everything else, the app sucks. I would just rather get emailed a tracking number and not have to deal with that again.

Love these rock sliders. They were easy to install, look great, and most of all function great. The bed liner coating on the plates gives you good traction when using the slider as a step; I would highly recommend that option.
