Communications were great. Received daylilies in fine shape. Well packed, undamaged and still damp upon arrival in California. All are large sized and will go in the ground shortly (after a rest) right before our rainy season. Well done, thanks!

I recently ordered some Rudbeckia. My first purchase from Bluestone Perennials. The package arrived battered by the carrier, but the plants were packed in such a way that they arrived in perfect condition. Directions were included for taking care of plants that had just traveled 2,000+ miles, and for planting them. I have never, ever seen such explicit and clear directions. They were not only included in the literature they sent, but also on the back side of the packing slip! The plants were vigorous, healthy plants that had gone through all types of inspections to ensure they had no disease or pests on board. I usually don't have too much confidence in plants sent by mail, but these were far better than most one could buy in a local nursery. The timing of when they sent them was calculated so the plants were not root bound, but arriving at the perfect time to plant them. I have never been as impressed as I was when these plants arrived. Bluestone Perennials has my trust. Buy from them with confidence!

Ordering was simple, communication was clear, and I received the plants I had ordered. The coconut husk pots are pretty nifty and I'm sure greatly reduced transplant shock. The young plants I received were a bit tired from having been in a shipping box for several days, but were not dried out and seem to have recovered well. I believe that the younger, smaller plants that were sent to me handled shipping and transplanting better than older specimens would have.

Plants arrived in perfect condition. A lot larger and more mature than I expected. Will definitely be making more purchases. Highly recommend.

This company has been terrific to deal with. The plants are well packaged and arrive when promised. I have a couple of plants that didn't make it after being in the ground for a little while, and they promptly replaced the plant as soon as I notified them of the problem

Product arrived in decent shape as of course shipping by mail is tough on plants. Packing was done very well to prevent damage as much as is possible with live plants. Great instructions were included with plants to help them with their shock and plant them appropriately to ensure success. Price on plants was near double what I pay at special local nursery but these were plants I was having difficultly getting the colors I wanted so was still happy to find. I enjoy having a unique well laid out garden and expect that this will cost me at times. I cut my budget in other places such as not getting my nails done since I wreck them in the garden anyway ;-)

Great healthy plants! Great variety! Lovely customer service. I ditched White Flower Farm and shop Bluestone exclusively. You cannot go wrong.
