I use an ipad. Your web site has drop down menus that are permanently down - it doesn't switch from window to window using my ipad. It was confusing and annoying to have to scroll past items,, and not have them easily appear.
Took one week to process my order before mailing - I think two weeks was way too long to get one item that was in stock.

I received basically a movie prop. The helmet is useless to me. Totally misrepresented. Its junk. I was wanting a helmet I could use to go riding with, instead I got plastic junk. Also the box looked like it was opened and either the item was switched or something. All bad. Very disappointed. I wont buy from these people again.
