I thought I had completed my order, then came back and found that hitting "complete" doesn't mean anything until you hit "No" don't want something or other. I also couldn't go back and reduce the number of points to use on this order, so don't know what happens to the extra points I put in. It was frustrating.

I was surprised to find that you now have shipping and delivery charges; seems to make sending flowers more expensive than has been in the past.
