The person with whom I chatted via the website, (Reyna, I think, I'll have to look back at the conversation) before placing the order wrote that the diffusers were made of real wood, when I inquired about the materials used.
Then I got an answer to my email (from Kristopher) saying that the diffuser is actually plastic. I had already placed the order by the time I received his email.
My concern is that the plastic "wood-looking" laminate will peel off after a bit of use, especially if there are any essential oil spills. If that happens, will you replace the damaged one?
