It was very easy to order from 24hourchargers.com.
I didn't receive my order when promised. After emailing customer service I was assured it had been shipped and that the issue was with USPS. I was told to wait a few more days and if it didn't arrive, they would send a replacement. The USPS tracking info had not been updated so I couldn't track delivery. I did receive my order over a week later.
The charger is hot to the touch so I am going to contact them to see if it is an issue with the charger or possibly with my old Mac :)
Based on earlier customer service experience, I expect to have a positive response from 24hourchargers.

The website was great, but I received a product that I wasn't expecting. It was a good substitute, so I was fine with it and made it work. There was no packing slip in the bag, which just felt weird. Overall I'd buy again from this place.
