They advertised a product they had no way to sell. They offered to cancel and refund which I accepted but 2 months later still no refund.
I suspect they are fraudulently taking orders. I'm not alone hundreds of complaints. Looking into chargeback and also complaining to Dept of Fair Trading.

I made an order ( 514-11238) 10th January. After being advised that the order was being processed, I have had NO update on where my order is at since 18/1.
That is not acceptable; it is now over a month later.

No message saying my item is on its way or on back order! I emailed you asking what the delay is 2 days ago and no response. I tried calling the melb number and it said 2 nd the que then it hung up on me.. I need that card urgent for my work..

have left numerous emails and chat messages with NO REPLY. The item was bought on the basis it would be shipped in 3 days. Item has not been received. Order 514-11322.
Have advised my staff at work to place a notification not o buy from you to any persons.

I bought a Samsung J5 for a gift in December 2017. I paid additional for priority shipping.
The phone was not received in time so I called ONEdigitals which took 47min of waiting in a call cue to speak to someone.
I learned the Preston, Australia number I called was in fact a Werribee telephone exchange and the Operator that answered the call was located in the Phillipines. She advised the phone was coming from Hong Kong and that the order had not been packed yet. At this point it was about two weeks of waiting so I advised that I wanted a refund!
I have not received a refund and I have been waiting an additional 5 weeks now and counting.
Emails to the company go unanswered or I receive a generic response.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
They appear to have no accountability and are a SCAM!!!

I chose this company as I thought the product was being posted from a warehouse within Australia and that I would receive the item in time for a birthday gift for someone.
Shocked to learn of their trail of deceit and I was forced to buy another phone from another company which resulted in a late gift and paying for an item twice AS NO REFUND RECEIVED FROM ONEDIGITALS!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Not worth losing your money or time!!!!

Site is easy with all information and particularly Warranty and Terms & Conditions. Buying overseas is always risky but your site looks honest, professional and straightforward with good value products. Suggest you add shipping under your price as I was disappointed that I had to pay more than the listed price.
