Customer service and tech help was good. I recently opened my own law firm so purchasing library guides is expensive. Being able to get a discount would be great as I expect to buy several guides over the course of the next year and if the various guides prove helpful then I will renew as revisions are made.

It was impossible to find certain books. I couldn't find "Preparing for Trial in Federal Court" on your site. I had to google it, thinking some other publisher picked it up, and then clicked on the link back to James. I had to use the search box to bring it up and add it to the cart. I also had to use the search box to find "innovative DUI techniques." The bundles didn't have an "add to cart" button. I'm all digital; maybe that was an issue. I love you guys and your products are outstanding. The style of the site is nice, but I think you're losing customers who can't find what they're looking for. All the best, Jim
