I had a very hard time with the delivery. There was an issue with the local portion of the delivery (it was sitting here locally for over 3 weeks and I had three deliveries cancelled before it was finally delivered). I was talking with Lodeso who took quite a while to resolve the issue. When I talked with home-click they were EXTREMELY unhelpful or sympathetic. I was offered no help other than to cancel the order or reorder the item (which would have followed to same delivery path). I would have thought that since I was THEIR customer they would have offered to work with the delivery company to resolve the issue. I will think twice (three!) times before a order anything else from home-click.

i wasn't given an option for an expedited shipping service i really need the items asap and was willing to pay expedited shipping,, but you didn't offer that. Had I know that I would have purchased elsewhere!!!
