Ordering was easy and it arrived earlier than expected. The flask was beautiful, just not as gold as I wanted/needed it to be. The engraving was perfect though.

eflasks customer service was great. I accidentally forgot to put a flask on my order, and they were kind enough to combine orders and refund the additional shipping of the second order. Flasks turned out great, would highly recommend.

Amazing selection of products and equally amazing prices! Unless I'm shopping for a wedding gift or whatnot, I certainly don't want to pay $100 for a flask I know I'm going to beat senseless on the golf course or out with friends, so your site was a godsend! I'll definitely be back!!!

I ordered flasks, as a gift to my girlfriends, for our annual girls weekend. The quality of the flask and engraving was great. The flasks were on sale, so I got a terrific price and was able to order the funnel and velvet bag to match. Everyone loved thier gift. Thank you.

I tried to call in an order and was told to go to the website to place the order. Not sure why. Had to call them back to make sure it would be right. Could have saved time by taking order over phone.

My only complaint is that I originally tried to order my product using my phone but was unable to preview the engraving. It worked well on my lap top though. It would be helpful for your customers if the online site was more user friendly.
