I purchased the system and it never arrived when I contacted customer service I was told they didn't carry hard copies of the system anymore and tried to sell me the download. This was after a month waiting for it and receiving daily advertisements trying to sell me add ons to a system I never got. I can't tell how well it works but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. I was sold an item that they didn't have then bombarded with advertisements for what the system was supposed to do for me anyway.

I have only been using this system for 4 days and have lost 5 pounds. I feel great. I thought the fasting would be really difficult but by beginning a fast just after dinner and continuing till lunch the next day, I found it liberating. I wasn't hungry and my energy stayed high. The exercises are easy to do at my home and a walk with the dogs is always a high point of my day anyway. I'm still learning but have to say that this just doesn't feel like any dieting I have ever done before. Thanks . Marion Morgan Clovis Ca.

ive been an avid martial artist for years and have always done lots of training to keep myself fit.
running and weight training has been a regime ive followed through my time in the forces.im outgoing and love sports.
2 yrs ago I damaged my thyroid and put a heap of weight on that ballooned my size ...
I went from being about 98 kilos to 118 kilos and it took a long time to get off.i started the super diet and its about 2 months now and my weight has dropped to 96.6 kilos.it was hard at first but im used to it now. im sleeping better and I feel great.the weights coming off and I notice the difference both in my clothes I wear and less pain in my knees where I was carrying the excess weight.
its obviously a life change for eating but for me its more about the fasting side of the diet.im going to keep going until I actually get to see my abs for the first time.its my new goal and good luck to everyone out there... steve

quick and easy

Seemingly simple, but unclear and controversial, at times. One just has to believe and jump in, i guess. I´m pre-diabetic with high cholesterol and my partner has just been diagnosed as diabetic and also has high cardiac risk. I don´t remember at this moment if this situation was sufficiently discussed...
