Good but need more detail on some products and if the price are good ill buy from you again. The courier company you use is slow and don't think they donyou very good.

assistance provided.
I am satisfied with the service I recieved. My only gripe was that due to the supplier running out of stock shortly after I had ordered. This pushed back my delivery. I can't blame this on Prophecy though, and overall I am very happy with their service. I received my order the day after they notified me that it had been shipped. Good job!
Excellent shopping experience. My order was processed on the same day I ordered it. I received notification on the status of my order and I received my order within the two working days as stated on the website. Very happy with the whole process and I will be sure to check out prophecy.co.za for future technology purchases.
