The dresser arrived faulty and was taken back by the courier. Soon after this, responses to my emails became few and far between even though the website states responses should be 5 hours apx. I have fianlly had my money credited back today, but I will never again deal with a company that only allows correspondence by email. I now have a hole in my kitchen where we had to rip out units ready for the dresser which now cannot be supplied.
