Excellent machine, and a very good value. We label a lot of small glue bottles every day and this machine helped us to increase our throughput, and do so very efficiently.

I am loving my zap label machine! It is so simple and easy to use. Really a high-quality piece of machinery. I am able to apply labels two bottles and boxes with my machine and I am so happy that it was not a very expensive piece of equipment. The customer service that you get with zap label machines is exceptional! I have called a couple of times to get advice on how to set up my labels for printing and have gotten such a good help. Thank you! I will recommend to everyone I know that needs a machine to label their products.

Dave was extremely helpful in offering to test our label on our bottle due to tapering and embossing on our bottle causing concern whether the labeler would work or not. I feel like many business owners would have just sold me the labeler saying it would work, whether it would or not. I appreciate the extra effort that Dave provided, allowing me to make a confident purchase. The prices of the Zap Labelers are also very reasonable in comparison to other labelers.

You can do better regarding the website. For example, we did not know what is the ZL5/8/S Additional Table and how it may help us. We hope to receive it as we saw it on the image because is for squared containers mostly. But your labeler seems what we are looking for. We hope that it will work for us :). We do have one question, if used in bags, can we slide the back out to apply the label or do we need to use the round handler?
