The list of vendors in efile is half missing

Not clear after completing 941 that you have to hit "save" way up in the right hand corner before you can advance the form. Could put the save button in a better place as we look to the right to see the next step. Also, it should say "You must save" before advancing. Many apps automatically save info, its not something necessarily thinking about.
