It took more than 12 emails to solve a simple problem. Communication is a huge issue with these guys. Their prices are unbeatable... so I keep coming back, but it would be great if they could get their act together.

I have ordered many signs from you before but this will likely be my last order. Many delays in answering questions. Today I'm told, only because I followed up, that my card declined yesterday and my order was still on hold. My card declined on a 2nd payment for 2nd day shipping...only needed because of so many delays with the order process. I guess I wouldn't be getting my signs if I didn't follow up. You should really send my signs today and overnight to make up for this poor service.

Your package states a price and colors to choose from then I order and buy quote and you email saying I know owe another 20. Very poor. Ordering is very difficult and having problems now trying to place other other orders.

Had challenges ordering and the intial proofs come back different. I reply in email that I want a Proof 4H from 9-12-16 and confusions sets in w/ your company! I like the FONT a certain way, as to stand out from the road....BOLD!!!

I sent in 2 quotes on October 27th, never got anything back. I thought maybe went out of business so I called. No problem she said, we have the one for Gary ready, just need to get the other one. Had Gary's before I hung up the phone. Had a rare situation where I was ordering for 2 energetic employees, they both wanted signs. I asked for the price of 20 signs for $130, mentioned the screw up but was very light heartened about it. They came back with no, we have 2 screens.....I guess I should have said how many places would I have rented in the past 2 weeks if we would have gotten the proof back even remotely quick. Greg

I needed expedited shipping and had a hard time getting the information without burning up my time before your noon shipping deadline. Email tag is slow. Please consider having shipping options and corresponding priced available to your customers. Your low prices keep me coming back. The buying experience could be better.

I put my first attempted order in 3 days ago. Took too many tries to get this order through! I'm finally getting a response today. Then I was under the impression it was less than it turned out to be and had to change sizes. Had you not been referred I would have definitely shopped elsewhere!

I had to resubmit 3 proofs, numerous times. Your associates were not reading my changes and just kept resubmitting the original proof. I found it very frustrating to have to continually have to ask for my changes to be administered. Also, poor customer service, nothing but a Hi, salutation, no apologies, or we will get right on this and we are real sorry for the error on our part. You should address this issue. You have a real great service, just work on the customer service part.

PayPal checkout is broken. I couldn't edit the amount fields before routing to checkout. Had to restart the checkout process with CC. I'm using an iPhone 5. Site is not mobile friendly. Well I hate how when I submit my design my proof doesn't come back looking like what I asked for. Then you call and the customer service over the phone is horrible. I guess you truly do get what you pay for. Not only that the letters are flaking.

My first e-mail was ignored. It took 4 attempts to get the proof correct because of careless spelling errors. My inquiry about placing the order was ignored for 4 hours so my order won't print and ship today, and now I won't have it by the weekend.
