I purchased three (3) under sink cabinet mats for my bathrooms. The mats were delivered quickly, were easy to install, and fit perfectly. They have an attractive appearance while also providing protection against spills and leaks.

Absolutely love the quality of these mats. They have a high enough sturdy lip on them to be able to give plenty of time to detect any leaks while protecting the cabinet.

Very pleased with the first mat I recieved and decided to order two more for the bathrooms. The water sensor was missing from the order. I contacted the vendor who immediately responded with their apologies and shipped the sensor out that day. Wonderful company to do business with.

Fits cabinet as described. Ribs or raised areas on bottom will make storing small items Under bathroom sink more difficult as they won’t stand up easily. Oh well. It’s there to save my new cabinets from any damage.

This mat saved me from another flood disaster! After a dishwasher was installed a pipe under sink was not securely in place and the water leaked all the way to top to my Extremen Mat…caught it in the nick of time. After that I bought two more for my bathroom cabinets. Great product

My bathroom sink has always been problematic. Having to occasionally remove the trap meant loosening the connections and moving the pipes a bit, which sometimes resulted in small leaks that I wouldn't notice right away. Now I don't have to worry about that. I can fix things at my leisure.

The liners are the exact size and fit easily under your sink. I don't think anyone's kitchen sink has as few cleaning products as the photo, but if something leaks or spills, it won't ruin your cabinet. I ordered them from Lowe's, and after they fooled around for two months and never got them to me, the manufacturer had them at my door in two days.

Anyone who has ever had bleach or ammonia leak doesn't want to ruin another cabinet, so these mats are essential. They contain a lot of liquid and fit easily under your u-bend. Even better, their shipping and customer service are first-rate.

I ordered these from Lowe's, and they had an internal mixup. Both the 800-number people and local store employees were polite and helpful, but I never got the mats. After waiting longer than Noah's animals waited to get off the ark, I cancelled the order. and xtrememats had them at my door in two days--with a free water sensor. Great service.

Another size mat that I would like to order is out of stock. When notified that it is back in stock, I’ll order that one too. My initial order was for several mats that I was installing in the home that was we’ve been building for the past year and was recently completed. The sizes available generally fit the custom cabinets that we had made for our kitchen, multiple bathrooms, laundry room, etc. I will say that while I thought your explanation on how to install mats when there are pipes that have to be cut around (both the written instructions and videos) were very good, it’s still an acquired skill. I thought I did a horrible job with the one mat that I had to cut. My plumber had to come back and adjust a few things around the house and noticed that I had your mats. He said he too has them and commented on how quickly they cut and how careful you have to be so as not to over cut. I didn’t use a box cutter, I marked the line, removed the mat and used scissors and that worked well. But the measuring (measure twice, cut once) was tedious and one of the five pipes I had to cut around was a large drain which the drill didn’t accommodate. So for my own lack of skill, I thought I really botched it badly but my wife says only I would know. For all the other locations, no cutting was needed so that was a welcome relief.

This is the second extreme mat I have purchased. I got the first one after our kitchen remodel and it paid off right away, we had a small leak and the extreme mat caught it all and protected our new cabinets. So of course I had to get one when we remodeled the master bathroom too. Great product!
