When I placed my order, I had issues getting the coupon code to work (my fault, not theirs) so I placed the order without the coupon, and in the comments section, let them know that I had tried it unsuccessfully. They emailed back within the same day to let me know they had processed a refund for me in the amount of the coupon, and apologized for my inconvenience (in spite of it not being their fault). Customer service was extremely pleasant and timely, and helmets arrived even faster than initially expected.

I stumbled across them while searching for an affordable, well-reviewed helmet with bluetooth communication, and I'm so glad I did - I will definitely start my search with them from now on!
