Vendor claims lifetime warranty, but do not answer their phone number provided, allow a message to be left , or return an email inquiry and the return form provided will not allow the request to progress past the “next” field. Also - field is greyed out saying item not eligible for warranty. What happened to “lifetime warranty on all items”? I’ve had to re-order a whole new set. Very disappointed as now my lighting system has their components in it and no other vendors materials can be substituted.
