Thermospace errantly shipped order 1,235 miles
Order needed to be shipped 90 miles
No communication by Thermospace to ascertain shipment destination.
Countless calls to phone number on Thermospace website never answered, and phone number does not allow messages or route to an employee or President phone number.
To redirect the shipment to intended destination Thermospace communicated they needed all ordering company financial information.
All company Info provided on 10.7.21 a month later.
On 10.21.21 Thermospace refunds $3520.19 and never communicates why or that there would be a refund.
$277.00 short of money collected on 9.7.21.

Customer Service is non existent on the 800 number, left messages and e-mail with no reply. Directly e-mailed the Management staff and then received the information that I was looking for.
Install instructions are missing a lot of detail.

The lineset is supposed to be for the 24k wall unit, but in the cart it says it is for the 12-18k size. The billing info self updated to street type ' business' - ok if you say so.
