I got the last urn in stock, but wanted to know if it would restock later so I could get a second one for my mother to have in the future. It was great to speak with a real person who was able to quickly confirm that it would indeed restock in three weeks. And that I could get a blank gold plate as well, to engrave later when the time came.
On the second purchase, someone called to follow up and confirm that I did not want an engraving to ensure it wasn't a mistake. I appreciated the care that the team put into my purchases!
