Very easy to order, even with personalized piece, it still shipped quickly. The engraving was perfect, along with embellishments. Not a single complaint here. I'm not sure if these are hand made, but there are some smears in the paint. There are some black smears on the bottom edging. If these are hand made, they might make sense, but still, it looks dirty with the black smears.

I bought this for my Dad his favorite color was white, it didnt look really like a urn but its some of him inside and I can always light a candle and think of him. Its more of a decorative piece but I like it. Not to big or small medium sized urn and just perfect for my tv cabinet. Thanks for a great idea selling this. I never knew a urn has so many possibilites. Thanks again.

Thanks for the urn / tealight. This is a cool idea, not just a urn but can be used as a tealight candle which gives this more meaning to me. I can either light a battery tealight candle or use real ones. I know that my loved one is safe inside and is in a nice looking urn. That doesnt really look like an urn. Thanks for this product, I feel confident to say my Father will be happy in his beautiful white urn that he wanted for his ashes. Thanks again.

The size of this candle holder really surprised me. It was much bigger than I expected. It is very heavy and good quality. It was tough to get the tops open, so plan on having a strong hand to help!

When I posted my first review, I mentioned that I wasn't able to get the lids open on a few of the candle holders that I had bought. I received a call from a representative just hours after posting the review with tips on what I could do and a guarantee that they would replace anything that I couldn't get to work. They followed up with an email of tips. I was very impressed and I did in fact get the lids open just by getting someone with bigger hands a little more strength to help out. What an amazing company! I appreciate the pride you take in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend you to others.

These pictures do these urns no justice. I was very pleased with them. I thought they were smaller than they are. I would buy these again in a heart beat. The price for these are fantastic and worth EVERY penny! Thank you stardust for making it doable to buy a couple of these for our mother. Not everyone can afford expensive things.
