When I placed the order, the website told me it would ship on Oct. 16. I selected 3 day guaranteed shipping. It arrived on Oct. 24th, by which time the event I was going to use them for had already passed, rendering them useless. They do not accept returns for any "pyrotechnic items," which happens to the main thing they sell. Basically, it felt like I was scammed out of $100+. If you're going to order through sparklers.us, make sure you do so well in advance and do not trust their shipping times.

Sparklers.us failed to provide us with the service we asked for. Our order was placed on Oct. 15th, with 3-day guaranteed shipping. We received an email saying the package would ship on the 16th. The package arrived on the 24th. By this time, we no longer needed them and they were useless to us. Sparklers.us did not respond when I reached out multiple times. I understand that it's stated on their website that they do not offer returns (for "pyrotechnic" items, a.k.a the main thing they exist to sell), but that's part of the problem.

I ordered 2 packages of 12 each lighted ice cubes for Christmas Eve dinner, and a number 3 candle for my niece’s birthday party. I only received the candle. I was charged for the entire order. I have tried calling this company and I’ve also sent two emails. Zero response. They kept my money and I did not receive my order. Bitter disappointment!!
