Sadly very disappointed in the quality of service. I paid for the 30” sparklers and was sent the 20” ones. By the time I received my order, it was too late to exchange the product (these were for my wedding). Getting a hold of customer service was an absolute nightmare. I called for days in a row with no answer. When I finally go through to someone, I was told I would be refunded the difference between products. Well, that refund never showed up. Would not recommend this company.

Very disappointed in the service of this company. I paid for the 30' sparklers for my wedding, but received the 20' ones. By the time I received the package, it was too late to exchange the order. I called customer services for days before I could get through to anyone. I was told I would be refunded the difference in prices, but the refund never showed up. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered sparklers for my grand exit at my wedding. I was looking for good quality, long sparklers that would look great in pictures and would last long enough for my photographer to get all the photos we wanted. These sparklers were everything I could have asked for and they came packaged well and quickly.

We used these for our sparkler exit for our wedding and the length of them was PERFECT! We used the longer size so we had plenty of time to do a couple of run-throughs to get photos, 10/10 would recommend!!
