These had a bunch of damaged ones, I opened some of the boxes to see and all of the material was off the heart and crumbled in the box.

The shipping was quick and easy. I was a little bummed to see some of the smaller sparklers were broken when they arrived, but I had ordered plenty extra for our wedding. So I can't wait to share them with our guests

Even the delivery person said this was bad packaging. Shaking the box slightly, I heard lots of debri sliding around. Most all of the heart-shaped sparklers were broken apart and unusable. Please fix your packaging!! And now I see the company makes NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on sparklers... isn’t that the name of your company?!

My heart shaped sparklers, which I was really looking forward to for our wedding day, all came broken. Wrote company and they offered a refund or replacement. I asked for replacement and never received it. I have emailed back twice since and no response. Waste of money because they are broken!!! So sad :(

My purchased arrived completely smashed and unusable. My sparklers were sent to me in a flimsy envelope- no padding. I emailed the company and got no response. Do not purchase.

I ordered the heart shaped sparklers for a photoshoot. Instead, I got the star-shaped sparklers for July 4th with OPEN packaging, it was completely damaged. I don't recommend at all.

Received timely but 2 of the heart sparklers had nothing on them. It was all in bottom of box. I emailed multiple times as these are for the wedding party and we need them all. I also bought the 20inch sparklers which were fine. I just wish I could get replacement for the 2 heart sparklers so the whole bridal party could have one.
