Knew from the beginning when I went from 10-15 min to 15-25 min using the Salter 8900 Series Disposable Small Volume Jet Nebulizer With Supply Tube. Hose is longer but thinner . It takes 10 min longer to admin medication because the air forced through the hose has longer to travel and is thinner. Hose kinks at base where it goes into nebulizer, again thinner hose. Happily using the TRUneb again

I've tried other nebulizers, like Salter Labs 8900-7 the best. And one person can keep reusing them if you rinse them out.
