My kit was missing the mouthpiece. Works fine but I had to replace all of the top parts (T connector, mouthpiece and long piece) with old parts from disposable kits because the T connector did not fit any mouthpiece I had on hand. Frustrating. Contacting company for replacement.

order process was okay. Order came in two shipments. First package arrived before expected(great) it arrived before web site was updated so I did not know it was on way or being delivered. There was no packing slip enclosed and I was short two items, immediately contacted customer service, they called back to advise me those two items were being shipped from different location. If web had been updated as fast as warehouse fulfilment and if packing slip had been enclosed with first package, then I would not have made unnecessary call and caused extra work within your customer service department. Overall though please with product and how fast everything worked after order placed.
