I have arthritis in both thumbs and pads and hoped this product would alleviate some of the daily pain, unfortunately both hands are terribly sensitive and a mild pat on top of either painful. Product was too stiff and caused pain and bruising on top of hand. I am in the process of returning both braces.

I bought this item so that I can do exercises that I practiced in physical therapy. The soft weights were exactly as shown in the picture and , that I’ve used in my sessions. I am very happy with the soft weighted ball.

Found what I needed easily

Straps are short and rub against a vecro-like material running up the medial side of the brace. When the user rotates and steps off, the velcro on each brace detaches the straps on the opposite brace. Brace becomes repeatedly detached when used in an active situation when used bilaterly. Brace is unsafe and could cause injury because straps become repeatedly unattached.

This brace was way too small despite my measuring my hand as instructed. The Rehab Store sent me a label to return the item for a refund, however, they sent me an email saying the are refunding only a portion of it. No explanation. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.
