This is the only pillow I use now. My chiropractor recommended it for my neck pain years ago and it has been amazing. Took a few nights to get used to, but totally worth it.

Well I sure don't know what all the hype is about this pillow I tried it for 2wks. Didn't relieve any of my neck issues. I have had 2 cervical fusions from a car accident. Now I'm stuck with a 80.00 pillow. No returns permitted.

This pillow was recommended by a chiropractor friend of mine. He was square on. I love it. It feels so supportive of my neck while being a side sleeper. I have friends who found it hard to get used to and returned it, but I took to it the first night and couldn't live without it. I particularly like the "cutout" center indent, so my neck rests comfortably when I switch to lying on my back. Most other manufacturers just reshape a pillow and it looks pretty but does nothing. This is big and bulky and definitely not for snuggling, but if you're looking for pillow that is seriously ergonomic, and let's you sleep like a baby, this is your pillow.

The pillow design supports my C6-7 fusion and the following C5-6 rupture 1 year after surgery. Do not get a fusion! Find someone who will perform a disc replacement instead. Otherwise, the pillow is expensive for what it must cost to produce.

when I first bought this pillow 2 years ago, it kept ending up on the floor. It was very firm and uncomfortable to me. I am a hairdresser of 34 years. After several months I got used to the shape and now I cannot sleep without this pillow. I have less neck and shoulder issues. I have had to learn to be a back sleeper, as I can no longer sleep on my shoulders. I love this pillow!
