This purchase is a replacement for one i previously purchased and have used off and on for a couple years. I'm replacing it because of the thin velcro closure at the narrow end does not continue to stay closed. I think it is worn out.

Due to the amount of pain in my wrists, it hurts a lot to put them on. Once on, they are comfortable and effective. I wore them to bed and woke up with swollen purple hands. Willow save them for day wear.
