because the batterydoor was lost and without this part the garmin 660 can't be used. New garmin what was the advice of garmin woukd cost at least $450 so 10$ for a new battery door is the best option

local support Garmin (NL) did not help me. Glad that you have the parts; although shipment cost are 6 times price of the product but for that value it was nice to recieve it within 4 days

This is the best aviation ANC headset you can buy. Much better built than the Bose, much more durable, much better customer service. ANR is slightly less than the Bose, so you can still hear the variation in the engine status (that is a good thing) and the passive noise reduction is also great compared to that headset. There is no external audio connection but as an aviation product, i do not see the problem. Considering the price, i will always choose DC instead of other brands.

At first it appeared that the package was lost and that's why I reached out to PCA. Then it turned out that the package went to the wrong address. I was able to retrieve it, and everything is fine. However I never heard back from PCA, customer service was unresponsive and useless.

When mic is plugged into the adapter you can not use push to talk on side of unit to transmit through headset mic. I believe you have to purchase a push to talk switch to make that work.
