I have only one complaint,I have ordered before and this time you had no record of it,but other wise I got great service and the delivery was fast (which I like)and I am telling everyone I know how I love your stamps and the fact that your teamed up with Spellbinders because I love thier dies.I had met Emma Lou at the Charlotte convention and she was as absolute charm, so helpful and just a really nice person. Helped me pick out the stamps and the dies to match and told me if I need any help to contact her on her website. So that meant a lot to me and she did help me already when I contacted her. I have nothing but rave reveiws for her and her company and thier shipping is fast.Love that.

I saw a demo on the Charlotte Expo and I am hooked, I've been making cards and stamping for 17 years, but your product is magic, it is the best combination out there!!!! Thank you very much for a great product and your detailed information on how to use and make great cards!!!!! Your web side is so detailed and help full, shows ideas, what products are used, how to combine them with great pictures. I don't feel like ok I bought these stamps and now what? NO you go to the webpage and just get more detailed information. Thank you very much.

I first met this company at a convention in NC a year ago. I fell in love with their stamps and the people that were at the convention. They were very helpful and acted like I was an important customer. I cannot say enough good things about them. This is a wonderful company with wonderful stamps that are great to stamp with.

I look for the Heartfelt booth at every convention I attend. They alway have such beautiful things along with lots of great demos. I love the matching stamps and dies. I am getting quite a collection.
