I love Heartfelt Creations for so many reasons.
Their products are high quality from their stamps, dies, paper and accessories.
Their website is one of the best I have encountered. Easy to navigate to see in detail the offered products, ordering and check out is simple, my account is personalized for all I want to track and they consistently update the site.
Customer service is truly from the heart. My orders are quickly filled and shipped with updated notifications. The orders are carefully packed to keep the items protected in shipping. For an added surprise a handmade thank you card or mints is packed to show appreciation to me as a customer. But what makes Heartfelt Creations unique is the personal loving care each employee has shown me throughout the years when I have a question, need follow up on a class or a product I have ordered.

Though the company is low on inventory customer service is always 100%. The shopping experience never is a disappointment, wish I can buy all of what they have left, but honestly, I think I have most of what they have left. I will truly miss this company once they close their doors. They are truly Artist from the Heart!!!

The shopping experience was great until my last order; the paper pad was damaged at the end corner. The box was not handled with care. Also, there was not enough paper to protect those paper pads. Hopefully, this time, there will be enough wrapping up to preserve the craft papers.
