I have used Hana Nai'a Sacred Breath for more than 20 years. I used to fly regularly to take care of my Dad. I would always get sick within 2-3 days of arriving and suspected "airplane air." I discovered Maryann's Sacred Breath and she recommended trying 2-3 drops in the palm of my hand, rubbing my hands together vigorously to warm it and then covering my nose and mouth with my cupped hands and breathing deeply. I never got sick again after a flight!!! Sacred Breath is always in my carry-on bag! I use it the minute the plane lands, before I ever get off the plane. It is also helpful for a cold or cough. I recently Googled "most effective essential oil for viruses" and the search result was Ravensara. Sacred Breath is pure, high quality Ravensara.

I have been using it only two weeks and I can tell a difference in my focus. I actually could tell within two days. I am anxious to see what else it will do!! I take mine in a cup of coffee and can't tell a difference in the taste. I am singing it's praises to others.

I ordered the Sacred Breath Oil because I received a spa treatment at the Four Seasons Hotel in which it was used. It is such a superior oil to others that I have used. I'm really happy with Haha Nai.
