Un poco complicado navegar por la página y falta información en general sobre lo que uno está comprando y cómo son los envíos y tiempos de entrega. Por suerte, la consulta a través del número de whatsapp que figura como contacto resuelve bien las dudas que uno tenga.

Your payment service with Pay Pal is a pain in the neck. I do have a Paypal account but it rejected me 3 times. Furthermore, although I very clearly entered my billing address different from the delivery address, it automatically copied the delivery address in the pay pal screen. Frustrating and a time waster. I hope at least your flowers will give some pleasure to compensate for this mess.

The shop is nice but the order process is too complex. I did receive pdf guide to help in the process, but never in the world have I needed one before. So that could be something to develope and change. Your customer service is good. :)
