I never received my reimbursement for the swag curtains I returned back in December 2021. I will never purchase from this company again. It's ashame since I thought their curtains were of high quality. I bought too many swags so I returned them and ordered valances. I received the valances but not the reimbursement.

Unfortunately, we have attempted to reach Shar regarding her return, but have not been successful in hearing back from her. We process each and every single return we receive within three business days of receipt. Our hands are tied in terms of helping her resolve the issue as we simply need information from her in terms of how/when/where the item was returned, but after several attempts to reach out to her, we have been unsuccessful.
