The site was crazy today- kept requesting a valid address and would not let me use the credit card I had on file- finally went through PayPal. I did put in the CVV and even rescanned the card. Something is wrong with the sight today- having been a customer for many years I have never had this problem previously!

I had trouble ordering on my iPad as your site kept going around in a circle and displaying a blank page after applying my form of payment, and confirming the order . It did this several times, and I wasn't sure if it was actually taking the confirmation or not. I received no emails and no charges on my credit card so I tried again this time using my phone and it worked.
I do find your site to be slow and not always the most efficient. BUT That would NEVER stop me from purchasing from you, but it might be an area where are you investigate it.
