The buying process was very smooth. The website was easy to navigate and I placed my order quickly.
Unfortunately when my order arrived only part of it was in the package, namely a mobile phone. The other items I had purchased, a car charger and phone protective screen and case were not in the package.
I contacted the firm and they responded promptly. I am now waiting to hear back.
The fact that my order was incomplete was very disappointing and left a less than favourable impression. There is still time for this to be rectified.
