Web is slow processing credit cards, left me unsure if payment was processed once or more than once.
Thank you Mr. McGee for this review! ... Sorry you had a negative check out experience. When your credit card is processed at checkout your data is securely passed to the bank to validate. Internet security proocols and third party API integrations sometimes can slow way down and can sometimes even time-out entirely.
This is out our direct control. Thankfully you were ultimately able to check out successfully. We greatly appreciate your business and your positive review despite the delays.
My particular order was a bit challenging given the nature of my custom order — however, Audrey was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She made the process so much easier. Thank you!

We love the product, however we paid for 1 day (overnight) shipping, but the product UPS label was 2-day.
Also, the light we purchased was not shipped and Anything Display had to overnight us a light and yay, it came and made the display look all the better!
price, ease of assembly and value.

Artwork uploads for banners should be done prior to payments done.
Thank you for the feedback Nick. We are always willing to support our customers where ever we can. However an open upload link to our server network violates Internet security protocols. Also artwork is always attached to an order ID and that ID is generated with a purchase transaction. This functionality was changed years ago. ~ Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have used this company for a couple different orders and plan to continue because of the ease of ordering. However, we have had issues with the actual products. This last order had damaged goods, which I reported. I am happy with the response in helping us resolve these issues.
Love the carry bags that come with the flags, makes them a whole kit for our customers.
We chose this product for the service to accommodate custom art requests.
The broken zipper on the carry bag was not discovered during the processing of your order; we apologize for not catching that. Your positive comment on our quick response to getting this resolved is appreciated. Pat we thank you for your business.

It was not clear that the art upload had to happen AFTER the purchase, and I don't like that structure overall. Also the dropdown menu for "state" under shipping address did not work. I also don't know what "ship on my account" is supposed to mean.
Thank you Adam for taking the time to respond. Regarding uploading files to our server, this is only allowed after an order is processed, too many orders timed-out before completing. This was also a security upgrade that has been in place for some time now. The ship on my account allows customers to ship on their own UPS or FEDEX accounts, and also allows larger more complex orders to process without shipping being required, so that better arrangements can be managed after the fact.
Had some strange things happen on the web site. I reported it to your support

Difficulty sending you our graphic files
Beverly, we process a lot of orders and on occasion problems arise. In this case there was interference created by your local security. With increased security measures sometimes technology protocols override the default uploading processing. We are very grateful you had enough patience to work with us to get this resolved successfully. Thank you for your business and for sharing your experience with us here for others to review as well.
Website takes too long to load
the prices and products are reasonable. the product search function doesn't work very well and you don't offer any options to refine the search. also, the templates don't have a corresponding product number on them. otherwise, the ordering and check out process was really simple and straight forward.
