The plastic is a little thinner than other plastic pants I have worn. That may effect durability, or it may not. It definitely makes them more flexible, softer and more comfortable to wear. Even if they don't last quite as long, the price still makes them more economical in the long run.

The product was as advertised. The size I bought may have been a little too big as his incontinence was not contained. I will reorder a smaller size and refer family and friends as they indicate a need for your product!

I am the caregiver of a stroke family member and he is incontinent at night. The vinyl under pants are used over the depends. They do help the wetness as it is contained. I think a smaller size may work better!
