Easy to find what is needed and to submit an order. I was disappointed I could not use my P.O. Box to receive the item purchased. The order arrived very quickly - about the same time as I would have had to wait for the store where I searched for them originally in town to replenish the shelves.

While I have only used this laminating machine twice since receiving it, it is very easy to use. The laminating pouches are the perfect size for a bookmark. The bookmarks come out of the machine very smooth and professional looking.
