The label that I’ve used for 8 years E13 ingredient label is pictured with safe handling information.
I don’t need that. I need the labels I always got.
Plus, my account information has been erased and I had to reregister.
Plus the labels went up like $30 per case.

I'm sorry that you are not finding the labels you received in the past. There are E11 and E12 labels that do not have the safe handling information which you may. I have also looked in our system and do not see your name or any history of shipping to on any accounts in our system, so may have been a different company? As for the pricing of the labels, I just did a quick search and we are in most cases about $20 below the rest of the competition on this like label. The smaller E11 and E12 are considerably less money and thinking that's what you previously had and are comparing prices against.
One of our customer service reps will call you on Monday and make sure that the label ordered is the one you need since you did not have the handling instructions in the past.
