The selection sample I chose is a dark navy blue. When delivered, the bands were a much lighter blue. Most closely resembling a color you call "Process Blue". We discussed this and I eventually placed another order. And got the same result. Now, I am just going to order black bands.

The product is fine. The color is not. I ordered Navy Blue bands with red lettering. These colors figure predominantly in the USMC Dress Blues uniform. Navy blue is almost black. These bands are what you identify in your catalog as "Process Blue."
